At Essenther AU, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
